The NSS unit of Veerangna Ramoteen Madiya Government Model Women's College, Narayanpur was established in the academic session 2023–24 with the objective of fostering the spirit of community service, social responsibility, and nation-building among students.

With an initial enrollment of 100 enthusiastic volunteers, the unit has been actively engaged in various outreach and awareness programs, including:

  • Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

  • Health and hygiene awareness camps

  • Environmental conservation campaigns

  •  Nukkad Natak (street plays) on social issues

  • Blood donation awareness drives

  • Participation in National Youth Day and NSS Day celebrations

In alignment with the NSS motto "Not Me, But You," the unit plays a vital role in shaping socially responsible, empathetic, and disciplined individuals committed to the betterment of society.
